"I'm 55 years old & I've been training 5-6 days a week for 30 plus years.

 I always thought that I was doing all the right things in the gym & eating good enough. Well, little did I know I was overtraining & eating all the wrong things & way too much of them. I'm 6'0 & three years ago I weighed 250 lbs! I hated the way my clothes fit & even though I was working out, drinking water, and eating what I thought were good foods, I still couldn't lose weight & was having trouble building lean muscle mass.

That's where my super hero daughter comes into the picture. About the same time, Kat was in the process of starting her life changing fitness journey.
